The Retro Table . L.E. Smith Glass Egg Plates

 1 dozen eggs boiled and split in half

Place yolks in bowl
6-8 Tbs. mayo (I use a light mayo}

1 teaspoon Fresh cracked pepper ground

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon mustard ( I like a grainy mustard }

2-4 drops green Tabasco for zest

1 teaspoon dill (fresh is best}

1 teaspoon basil

For the non vegetarians I suggest 3 Tbs. of chicken stock to add depth of flavor and a nice rich base note to the egg mix

Mash together, fill up the egg whites and garnish with paprika, chopped chives or sprigs of fresh dill
