Thanksgiving Tip #2

I think that Thanksgiving should be over the top. Lots of well prepared fresh dishes that are full of flavor. For an even more decadent start to your holiday dinner, may I suggest a charcuterie platter? A few tasty morsels of well cured meats, olives good cheese and some nice crusty bread. To serve these delicacies I have just the thing! The large wooden bread board from Costa Rica made from recycled wood. It is 21.5 inches long by 5.5 inches wide and will make a perfect rustic presentation for your starter course. Here is an article from Food & Wine that talks about the Charcuterie plate.
